Exchange and Return Terms

  1. Products can be exchanged or returned within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  3. If you ordered multiple items and want to return one, you must first receive the full order. Then contact us with the item you’d like to return, and we’ll refund its value once it’s received in its original condition.

  4. Refunds for returned products will be issued (VIA INSTAPAY OR ANY E-WALLET) after inspection and approval, regardless of the original payment method.

Refund & Exchange Policy (SALE PERIOD)

  1. Please note that refunds are not available during sale periods.
  2. The only exception is if you choose to refuse the order with the courier upon delivery.
  3. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, whether the order is received or refused with the courier.
  4. You may request an exchange for a different size or another available item during the sale period.
  5. We kindly ask you to check sizes and order details carefully before placing your order, as the item requested for exchange may be sold out by the time your request is processed.

How to Exchange or Return a Product

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via email or social media to request an exchange or return.
  2. Prepare the Product: Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
  3. Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Important Notes

  1. Exchanges are available only for eligible products.
  2. Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected, and it may take 3 to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
  3. For exchanges, the replacement product will be shipped after the returned product has been inspected.
