Refund & Exchange Policy — Doyant
Immediate Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt and before the courier departs.
On-the-Spot Returns & Exchanges: Items for refund or exchange must be returned to the courier at the point of delivery, with only the delivery fee charged. In case of an exchange, the entire order must be returned to the courier, and a new order should be placed through our website. (Partial acceptance or refusal of individual items within the package is not allowed — the whole package must be either accepted or returned.)
Responsibility After Acceptance: Items accepted without inspection are the customer’s full responsibility; no refunds or exchanges can be processed once the courier has departed.
Delivery Coordination: Please coordinate with the courier to schedule a suitable delivery time that allows you to inspect and try on your items immediately.
Order & Payment Policy — Doyant
Deposit for Large Orders: If the order value exceeds EGP 5000, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the order. This deposit must be completed within 24 hours of placing the order, or it will be automatically canceled.
Delivery Attempts: Our courier service will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the order will be automatically canceled.
Cancellation Policy: Customers with a history of two (2) previously canceled orders will be required to make full upfront payment for their third order.
Product Defect Policy — Doyant
Defect Responsibility Period: Doyant is responsible for any manufacturing defects for a period of 3 days from the date of your order. Defects reported after this 3-day period cannot be accommodated.
